Work, and the numbers it moved

Client work is shown anonymized because we asked our clients and not everyone wants their name on a supplier's website. The numbers are exact, and references with live URLs are available if you are seriously evaluating us.

Dental clinic in Beirut

Bilingual WordPress site · SEO and performance · ongoing

The problem. A well-established clinic with a site that was invisible for the treatments that actually bring patients in. Three separate pages competed for the same search term, the French version had a fraction of the English content, and the structured data described the wrong entity entirely, so Google had no clear idea what the practice was or where.

What we did. Rebuilt the schema around the practitioner and the practice with correct geography, consolidated the competing pages so one page owned each search, brought the second language to content parity, repaired the internal linking so money pages were no longer orphaned, and worked through the performance backlog on mobile.

The result. Mobile Lighthouse from 62 to 84. Organic clicks up 33 percent and impressions up 15 percent over 28 days. The treatment pages that drive enquiries now rank, and the practice can see which ones produce bookings.

Trilingual medical clinic

75 pages · three languages · performance and accessibility

The problem. A large clinic site in three languages, slow enough on mobile that visitors were leaving before it finished loading. Multi-megabyte hero images, fonts pulled from several origins, render-blocking scripts, and accessibility problems that locked out part of the audience.

What we did. Self-hosted the fonts and preloaded only what the first screen needed, converted the image pipeline to WebP with explicit dimensions so nothing jumps while loading, wrote critical CSS by hand, deferred every non-essential script, and worked through the accessibility findings properly rather than patching contrast values.

The result. Mobile PageSpeed from 68 to 97, accessibility to 100, across all 75 pages and all three languages. A hero image went from 230KB to 49KB with no visible quality loss.

Certified diamond e-commerce

Custom catalog · product schema · conversion

The problem. A jeweller whose entire inventory was invisible to search engines. The stones existed on the site but not in any form Google could index as products, and the structured data that was present was empty scaffolding from a plugin. For a category where buyers search by very specific attributes, that is fatal.

What we did. Rebuilt each stone as a genuine product with its own structured data, certificate number, attributes and media. Optimised the media so a catalog page stayed usable on mobile, and rebuilt the purchase path around a conversation, because nobody buys at that price point from a form.

The result. Forty-five stones fully indexed with complete product markup and certificate data, a catalog that loads properly on mobile, and an enquiry path that matches how the purchase actually happens.

Every number above comes from Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Lighthouse on the live site, not from an internal estimate.

Products we build and run ourselves

The most honest thing an agency can show you is what it builds when nobody is paying it to. These are ours: live, maintained, and the reason we know where the difficult parts are.
