A sleep-sounds app for Android: 25 ambient scenes, a mixer, a fade-out timer, a one-time Pro unlock through Play Billing and consent-gated ads. Built and audited for Android 16.
Mobile app development
We build Android apps in Kotlin and cross-platform apps in Flutter, from the first prototype to a signed release on Google Play. We have taken our own apps through that process, so the awkward parts hold no surprises.
Most agencies show you client apps. We can point at products we own, still run and still maintain, which means we have lived with every decision instead of handing it over and moving on.

A shopkeeper's digital debt notebook that works with no connection, sends localized reminders, keeps encrypted backups and produces on-device PDF statements with correct Arabic shaping.
React Native · Node · Postgres
A markets dashboard running on Android and the web from a single codebase, with charting, a backtested scoring model and a proper API behind it.
That experience is the reason our app quotes tend to include things other quotes leave out: billing edge cases, consent flows, store rejection risks and the yearly Android API bump that will otherwise pull your app off the store.
We write Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and Media3, the current standard toolkit rather than a legacy stack that will need rewriting.
Flutter is usually 30 to 40 percent cheaper than funding two native builds, and for most business apps the difference in feel is not something users notice.
Most apps need something behind them: accounts, sync, payments, an admin panel. We build those too, in the same plain PHP and MySQL or Node and Postgres we use for web development, hosted somewhere you control. An app quote that ignores the backend is not a real quote, and we will not give you one.
Questions
Across the Lebanese market a simple app typically starts around $10,000 and complex enterprise platforms run past $150,000. Our own range is narrower because we do not take enterprise work: a focused first release starts at $8,000, a full consumer app with accounts and payments runs $15,000 to $30,000, and larger builds are quoted individually. See the pricing page for what sits in each band.
Through Flutter, yes, one codebase ships to both. For Android-only work we write native Kotlin, which gives better performance and a smaller app. What we do not do is native Swift for iOS, and we would rather tell you that now than pretend otherwise. If your product genuinely needs a hand-built iOS app, we will say so and help you scope it out rather than quote for it.
Because that is what the market holds. Android is the clear majority of devices in Lebanon and across the region, and the devices are mostly mid-range rather than flagship. Building Android first, and testing on a real mid-range handset rather than an emulator, gets you to most of your users faster and for less money.
A focused first release takes three to five months from scope to Play Store. A larger app with accounts, payments and a backend takes five to eight. You see working builds on a real device from the first month, so there is never a point where you are waiting in the dark wondering what you paid for.
Yes, end to end. Signing and release management, the store listing and screenshots, the privacy policy and data safety declarations, billing integration if the app sells anything, and consent handling for ads. Getting rejected by Play review is usually a paperwork problem, and we deal with the paperwork.
Android does not stand still: target API levels change every year and Google enforces them, or your app stops being distributed. We offer a maintenance arrangement that covers compatibility updates, crash monitoring and small improvements. You are free to take the code elsewhere instead. It is your codebase either way.
