What should I include in my first message?
What the site or app needs to do, roughly when you want it live, and a budget range if you have one. A link to your current site if there is one, and to a competitor whose site you like. That is enough for us to reply with a real answer rather than a request for a meeting.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a few hours during the working day, and always within one business day. A full written scope with a fixed price normally follows within two or three days, depending on how much there is to think about.
Do I have to book a call first?
No. We would rather answer your questions by email, where you can read the answer twice and forward it to whoever else decides. If a call is genuinely faster we will suggest one, but it is not a gate you have to pass to get a price.
What happens after I send the form?
You get a reply with questions if anything is unclear, then a written scope: what is included, what it costs, how long it takes and what we need from you. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed until you approve that document.
